Positive, The location is perfect, just two blocks from the main train station. My room had a lovely view of the square. Dinner at the restaurant was unexpectedly good with great Italian options. Breakfast offered enough variety to start my day right. I'd definitely stay here again 😊

The location was prime and good, walking distance to a railway station. The place had a COSY atmosphere. Beautiful amazingly comfortable room, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk where appreciated.

Amicable staff, amazingly comfortable queen room. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a satellite TV in the bedroom. Unbeatable and excellent location: in the centre of the city.

Excellent breakfast that set the right mood for the day.
To top it off, the dining experience was severely disappointing. The food was both expensive and tasteless, leaving us to search for better options outside.

The hotel was absolutely charming, really enjoyed city view from our queen room. The staff were affable and helpful and knew how to help. The location was particularly good in centre, minutes from Sebastianskapelle. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the property.

The family room was spacious and cozy. And the included tea/coffee setup was a good touch. Plus, the local dining scene is a gem, with places like Artisti serving mouthwatering dishes just a hop away!
One bummer was the breakfast price. We opted out since it clocked in at a hefty price for us three. But with some supermarkets around, we snagged tasty breakfast goodies instead, keeping us fueled for our adventures.

The location is excellent, right in the center of
Brig. The room itself was comfortable, with cute decor. Noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive, especially with the window open.

I was shocked by the lack of service-no one answered the service phone, and the food was pricey and bland. What really irked me was that i didn't receive a complimentary upgrade, like any esteemed guest deserves. I thought i would review it positively, but i just couldn't, given the inconvenience.

The stay was for a business trip, and despite a few hiccups with self-check-in, everything went smoothly once we got settled in. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll away from Stockalper Palace and the charming old city center, giving us a taste of local culture. I really enjoyed the comfortable Premium Room with Balcony, where we had stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast, although an extra charge, was excellent and set us up for our busy days ahead.

One downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi, making it challenging to share our adventure photos online right away.
